Bale, we, us and our) offer our promotions, discounts and offers, including but not limited to welcome offers, coupon codes and loyalty rewards (Promotions) as well as M.J Bale gift cards and gift vouchers (Gift Vouchers) and store credits (Store Credit) (Promotion Terms).
If you sign up to our loyalty program or for our welcome offer, obtain any Gift Voucher or Store Credit or make a purchase using any Promotion, Gift Voucher or Store Credit, you warrant and represent to us that you:

Platinum Gift
Gift available to MJB Platinum Members until the 24th of December 2024 or until stocks last. Limited to one gift per a Platinum MJB Member in M.J. Bale stores. Bale store staff will take care in providing you with your first choice of product however, dependent on stock availability per store.
Can I choose my gift?
Yes, you can choose your gift from the available options. However, availability may vary, so visit early for the best selection.
If my choice of free gift is not available in store, can it be sent to my address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to floor-to-door the free gift. You will need to select an alternative gift available in-store.
If I spend $2,000 in a transaction today and become a platinum member do I get to choose a gift?
Sadly not, the program is designed to reward loyal Platinum members based on their purchases over the past 12 months.
Is there a minimum purchase required to claim the gift?
No, this is a complimentary gift exclusively for our platinum customers. No purchase is necessary to claim your gift.
Can I exchange the colour/size of my free gift?
Unfortunately not, as the voucher is only a 1 time use. Please choose carefully from the available options.
Can someone else collect my gift on my behalf?
For both security and privacy reasons, the gift must be collected by the platinum member in person. Please bring a valid ID or your membership details.
How long is the promotion valid?
The promotion runs from 05/12/2024 to 24/12/2024. Be sure to visit within this time frame to claim your gift. This may end sooner at the company's discretion
Can I claim the gift online or at multiple stores?
This promotion is valid for in premium store visits only, and gifts can be claimed at one store per customer.
