M.J. Bale dressed a host of the AFL's biggest stars at this year's Brownlow Medal awards, including the 2023 winner, Lachie Neale, from the Brisbane Lions.
Brisbane Lions star midfielder Lachie Neale has won the 2023 Brownlow Medal, becoming the 16th player in history to win it twice. Lachie, who is aiming to win an AFL premiership for the first time in this Saturday's grand final, picked up 31 points in a count that went down to the wire.
"I'm pretty rattled, to be honest," Lachie told Lions coach Chris Fagan after being presented with the Brownlow Medal at a team function in Brisbane. "I did not expect this, and to be amongst some of those names that have won two is unbelievable."
