    The Merino wool used in this garment was produced by 100% Australian Merino woolgrowers. Known for its unparalleled softness and comfort, Merino wool is a high-performance fibre perfect for all seasons. It is breathable and moisture-wicking, transporting perspiration and moisture away from the body and towards the surface of the fabric. The natural crimp and scales on the wool fibres create tiny pockets of air that allow for moisture to be absorbed and released quickly. Merino wool is also wrinkle-resistant, making it a terrifically low-maintenance option (particularly when it comes to travelling).

    Acqua Finish

    Our 'Acqua' finish is a special fabric feature exclusive to M.J. Bale. Making our Acqua coats water-repellent and oil-and stain-resistant, while remaining breathable and an easy care garment. The finish is achieved using nano technology and is PFAS chemical free and has a low carbon footprint.
