Australian wool is fundamental to M.J. Bale. Much of our tailoring starts in the New England region of New South Wales, where we source superfine Merino wool from a network of Australian growers before it travels to Italy to be woven by some of the world’s great mills. At the pinnacle is our partnership with Kingston farm in Tasmania. The farm's superfine Merino is raised under regenerative, conservation-focused farming practices, with a share of every sale reinvested into habitat preservation on the property
