The Bracciano Jacket is created from a 100% linen mid-weight twill that has been woven in the foothills of the Italian Alps. As an M.J. Bale 'decon' jacket, this garment is made with natural, unstructured shoulders and is stripped of internal padding to be lightweight and supple. Pair with the matching Bracciano Trouser for classic elegance meets Mediterranean insouciance.
M.J. Bale has offset the approx. 43.5 avg. kg of CO2e generated in the production of this garment in green projects. M.J. And it's not just any linen, either. Sourced from sustainable European Flax-certified growers in France, Belgium and the Nertherlands, this is a noble fibre with an eco-responsible DNA. The flax is woven in Italy by Sondrio-based Tessuti di Sondrio, who are also certified as Masters of Linen. One of our 'garments of integrity', consider this an heirloom piece.
