Do I need a code for this sale?

No, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the increased order volume, our team is experiencing delays in dispatching orders. Please allow for extended dispatch times. Please allow extra delivery time due to the current sales. 

MJ Bale uses third party couriers such as Australia Post, Startrack or DHL and delivery times post-dispatch are subject to those third-party services. These are unfortunately, outside of our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Why have I received a portion of my order?

M.J Bale ships from multiple locations, so if you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from different locations. As a result you may receive your shipment at different times, each time your order is split you will receive an email advising which items have been dispatched including tracking information.

Please note that you will not be charged more than once for shipping.

Can I return a Cyber Week sale item?

At M.J Bale, your satisfaction is our priority.

We offer refunds, exchanges, and credit notes on all full-priced products. If you wish to return a sale item, we offer a credit note or exchange. Products need to be returned in its original condition with tags attached, no alterations or personalisation, within 30 days of receipt.

You may return or exchange products purchased from www.mjbale.com at any of our retail stores (excluding Myer and David Jones concessions) or via post.

Return postage is at the expense of the customer and is not covered by M.J. Bale.

Is this Cyber Week | Black Friday Sale available online and in store?

Yes, you’re able to shop our Cyber Sale online, in M.J Bale premium stores and M.J Bale concession Myer and David Jones stores only. To find your closest store please CLICK HERE.

Click & Collect is available for online purchases at your local MJ Bale store, free of charge. 

If you require your order within a short time frame. We suggest using our Click and Collect service.  

Stock availability in-store is reflected on our website. 

We will work to pick and pack your Click & Collect order as soon as we can, however, we advise it may take between 1-3 business days before your order is ready to be collected in store.  

Once your order has been packed you will be notified via email that it is ready to be collected. 

Please ensure you bring photo identification when collecting your order in store. 

MJ Bale staff have the right to refuse pick-up if the name on the order does not match the ID provided. 

If you require your order to be collected by someone else on your behalf, please provide their name when checking out or by emailing service@mjbale.com
