We Don't Consider a Suit Finished Until It Fits You
No suit fits perfectly off the rack. That’s not a flaw in the garment, it is just how bodies work. A jacket cut to a size chart still needs a hand at the shoulder, a taper at the waist, a proper break at the hem, before it is actually yours. This is where our suit alterations come in. We offer garment tailoring and alterations in store, run by people who do this for a living.
Book a suit fitting appointment and here is what happens: one of our stylists checks the shoulder line, reads the drape through the body, marks the trouser break, and books in whatever adjustments are needed on the spot. No guessing, no hoping it settles after a wear or two. For an off-the-rack suit, alterations typically take one to two weeks, so we would rather you come in with a little breathing room than turn up needing a miracle two days out.
Weddings Are Where This Actually Gets Tested
Fitting one man well is a solved problem for us. Fitting an entire wedding party, a groom and five groomsmen with five completely different builds, so everyone looks like they belong in the same photograph, is the real test.
We run free wedding styling appointments in-store, split across two sessions. The consultation is where we talk through the wedding itself, the venue, the season, the vibe you are going for, and land on fabric, colour, and cut for the whole group. The fitting is the follow-up, where every groomsman tries on his selected pieces and gets adjusted as an individual. We generally recommend locking in that final fitting around 3-4 weeks out, close enough that everyone's sizing is current, far enough out that alterations have time to be done properly rather than rushed.
Styling Sessions for Everyday Life
Not every styling session is about a single big event. If you have got a job interview coming up, a work trip, a new role that suddenly demands you own more than one decent jacket, or you simply cannot figure out what actually suits your build, book in for a general styling session. We will talk through what you already own, what is missing, and what is worth investing in first, so you walk out with a plan.
If Something Isn't Right, We Make It Simple
We offer full refunds on full-priced items returned within our stated window in original condition, and credit notes on sale styles. You can bring a return into your nearest store or send it back by post, with a flat-rate shipping fee applied to online returns. Made-to-measure, altered, and personalised pieces sit outside standard change-of-mind returns.
