What fits do you offer?

We offer two different fits in our suits – a Drop 8 (slim fit) and Drop 7 (regular fit). The Drop 8 fit is well-tapered through the chest and waist for a razor-sharp silhouette. The Drop 7 fit is moderately tapered through the chest and waist for a more regular fit.

Our shirts also come in Samurai (slimmest fit) and Super Slim (tailored fit). Our casual shirts are what we call Cuban (regular fit), which means they are cropped slightly in the body and intended to be worn untucked.

I'm not sure about my size?

Our team of expert tailors are on hand via Live Chat and phone to answer all your size and tailoring questions. If you've shopped with us before, that's handy – we have your sizes already on hand. Our fit guide is also an excellent place to learn all about our sizing.

I'm not very confident with selecting options that work well for me – can you help?

Absolutely, big guy! Our dedicated online support team are always on hand for style advice. We live for it. Whether it's a new suit for work, a casual outfit for the weekend or an outfit for your wedding day, we'll help you put together a cracking outfit.

What do I do if my order doesn’t fit or I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Our customer service team is here to make sure your purchase is just right for you and will help you every step of the way to checkout. If we don't get it quite right, send it back to us and we can process a refund or exchange. Buyer's remorse is not a thing at M.J. Bale.

Yes, of course. Just make sure your QFF number is registered to your M.J. Bale account. If you're unsure, just chat to one of our friendly team members and we can walk you through the process.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over $100, and all of our orders are sent by registered post directly to your door.
