Inspired by the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Milanese theatre sets of the 1930s, the central part of the store is designed to be a sartorial 'stage' set in lights and punctuated by central graphic floor tiles. Customers are taken on a journey of exploration, from the 'backstage' entrance with luxe vintage furniture, sculptural pieces and timber cupboards backlit with subtle lighting, into the store's interior – the main 'stage' – via mirrored openings. The store's interior draws the customer closer to the hub of activity in the heart of the heritage space, which has cathedral-like ceiling heights.
