Delivery Address

Please note our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.

The best address to provide is one where someone will be present to sign for the delivery within business hours. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by the carrier and you will need to organise a new delivery date.

Shipping Times

We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible however please allow 5 working days to receive your order.

Tracking Your Purchase

You can expect an update email from us when your goods have been shipped, including a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to check on the status of your delivery online at www.alliedexpress.com.au

Shipping Methods

All orders shipped within Australia will be sent by overnight air delivery service by Allied Express. It is a next-day service for metropolitan areas; up to 3 days for rural areas. International orders may take up to 2 weeks.

Shipping Rates

All shipping and returns within Australia are complimentary.

A flat rate of $20 will be charged on all international orders.
