Returns, Refunds & Exchanges – Australia

For M.J. Bale online purchases returned within 14 days, that are not worn, used or damaged, we will be delighted to offer a full refund or exchange, at your discretion, provided all tags remain attached to the garment.

How to Return

Place your garment/s in the returns satchel provided with your order, along with the Return Form. (Return Form also available here).

Please call us on (02) 8208 8800 (9am-6pm Mon-Fri) or email sales@mjbale.com and we will arrange a courier to pick up your goods at a convenient time.

Shipping for your exchange will be complimentary.

For M.J.Bale online purchases returned within 30 days, that are not worn, used or damaged, we will be delighted to offer a full refund or exchange, at your discretion, provided all tags remain attached to the garment.

How to Return

Please return your goods via international air post or your preferred courier service, with the Return Form included with your order, (Return Form also available here). Please note that all international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping for your exchange will be at our standard international shipping rates.
