Casual Retail Team Member
Prime Function
The Retail Team Members Prime Function is to support and assist the store manager by working as part of a team to achieve total customer satisfaction and to ensure that sales budgets are met and all store operational tasks are completed.

Read and review the company policy and follow the policies in all aspects of your day to day duties
Specific Duties:
• Customer service/selling- ensuring all the customers experience the highest level of service and relationship management, including
alterations tailoring advice and execution, signing customers up to the M.J Bale data base and following up with any customer transfers
• Re-filling the store on a regular basis and maintaining a clean store throughout the day
• Reading all H.O memos/directives and actioning in a timely manner
• Being punctual and committed to your allocated shirts, taking responsibility for providing payroll with hours worked
• Assisting in the opening/closing of the store including all housekeeping duties
• Assisting with stock takes
• Attending all training nights/store meetings
• Using initiative to get to know all product and passing on all product knowledge to customers/being committed to further development in this key area
• Working as part of a team to create a productive and positive working environment
• Showing loss prevention awareness through preventing theft and or loss or damage of products
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Organisation
• Good mathematical ability
• Ability to work autonomously
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the fashion industry
Package:
• Mon – Fri - $18 p/h
• Saturday - $20 p/h
• Sunday - $25 p/h
